About Stuart Raney
Stuart L. Raney is a REALTOR® with Caswell Prewitt Realty, Inc. He was licensed as a real estate sales associate in 2015 and joined the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS®, adding a new dimension to Helping You Find What You Are Looking For. Stuart’s background of managing, consulting, training, coaching and sales in the construction, manufacturing and financial industries give him a unique perspective when considering the conditions and values of real estate and skill in working and negotiating with a variety of people. Stuart joined Caswell Prewitt Realty, Inc. in June of 2019, a company that has been serving clients in Central Kentucky since 1965.
Continuing education is an important part of staying informed and providing the best service to clients and consumers. Beyond the required number of hours, Stuart earned the Seller Representative Specialist designation in 2019, the Military Relocation Professional certification in 2020 and the ePro certification in 2020.
Stuart enjoys helping others learn the tools necessary to do the things they want to do. Previously certified as a C.O.P.E Director and a Red Cross Health and Safety Instructor, he currently trains in the following:

Stuart has been involved in Scouting for a number of years as a volunteer adult leader and trainer. He is currently the District Commissioner for the Shawnee District of the Blue Grass Council. Shawnee District consists of 16 counties east of Lexington, Kentucky and has 38 Scouting units serving youth from kindergarten thru 20 years of age.
